Return & Exchange Policy
We want you and your little ones to love your purchase! If there is an issue with your order, please report it to us within 7 days of delivery to be eligible for a full refund.
To qualify for a refund, items must meet the following conditions:
Must be unworn and unused.
Must be in their original packaging and completely undamaged.
Due to safety and hygiene reasons regarding items intended for babies and young children, we cannot accept returns or issue refunds for any merchandise that has been opened, used, or altered.
Damaged, Lost, or Stolen Packages
We understand that issues can occasionally occur during shipping. If your order arrives damaged, is lost in transit, or is marked as delivered but cannot be located, please contact us within 7 days of delivery (or expected delivery date for lost packages).
In these cases, we may offer a replacement, refund, or store credit at our discretion once the issue has been reviewed.
Important Notes
Once an order has been shipped, we cannot cancel or modify it.
